How It Works
Here's What You Can Expect
This is an ongoing program designed to support you in implementing your goals and strategies. Each month will consist of a group meeting for three and a half hours and a one-hour private coaching session with your coach, Michele Molitor for nine months. You can expect the following results if you're willing to step into a bigger game:
- You'll make a better income. You'll do this because you attract more clients, increasing the number of clients you work with and obtain more profitable contracts.
- You'll put your business goals and marketing strategies into action more consistently. It's one thing to know what activities to do, but quite another to do them regularly. We'll get you taking consistent actions.
- You'll take all your business to a more refined level. The more you fine tune and refine your business and marketing tactics, the better it works. You'll take the steps necessary to create "marketing machines" (such as speaking and PR opportunities, eZine and ebooks) that consistently attract more clients.
- You'll take calculated risks and go past current limitations. You can't keep doing what you're doing and expect different results. We'll support you in stepping outside your box and do things you've always wanted to do but avoided up to now.
- You'll generate more creative ideas and plans that will lead to breakthroughs in the way you both conduct and market your business.
- You'll impact your community in a new and different way that will create a ripple effect far beyond what you can see or would expect.
- You'll create more balance and power in your business. What if you had more time for your family, vacations and outside interests while your business thrived? We'll give you tools and support to make your business a joy, not a burden.
How The Change Agent Project Works
At the heart of the program are the two hour long meetings twice a month in Oakland, CA with your business peers. These meetings are personally lead and facilitated by your professional coach, Michele Molitor. During this time, you will be coached and supported to think in new ways. Expanding what you're capable of for the sake of transforming your business and creating a ripple effect in your community.
Each group consists of up to 7-10 independent business owners and entrepreneurs. This group becomes your “Brain Trust of Advisors” & accountability team. With a group of this size you will be heard. Your ideas and challenges will be addressed, your questions answered, and you'll receive the brainstorming, support, accountability and coaching you need, both during and in-between sessions.
You will have direct access to your coach during the course of The Change Agent Project. In addition to the group meetings, you'll have a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session each month with your coach, Michele Molitor, and be able to ask questions by email anytime. You may also schedule additional coaching calls at a special reduced Change Agent rate.
You'll also get the following:
Progress Reporting System – Accountability is a powerful tool to keep you in action moving towards your goals. Before each session you'll report to your coach and the other Change Agents what you've accomplished between sessions and what you plan to do in the upcoming weeks.

Format
Due to popular demand, The Change Agent
Project has two groups available for you to chose
from – a Monday group and a Tuesday group. Each group
meets twice a month for two hours from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. The
Change Agent Project is open to conscious professionals and
business owners who share an interest in taking their own business
to the next level while helping others do the same. There is
a maximum of 10 participants for each group.
